I live in Scottish Borders Rear chassis spring mount broke away on my 2017 hilux North South 4x4 only ones with them in stock order placed  Thursday afternoon arrived Saturday morning

Got my jeep repaired recently first class job would recommend the service they give to anyone. Wish there was someone in the Midlands that could provide the same. Very helpful with everything and reasonably priced.

Ordered a second hand part for an engine (cylinder head) and was told it would come with all the bits needed.
When it arrived it was missing the camshaft caps which are an essential part needed for the fitting of this item. I rang North South 4x4 to see if they had them and they did not which meant the cylinder head was nothing but a worthless piece of scrap.
I asked them to send out a courier to pick up cylinder head and refund my account, I was told that their courier doesn’t do collections!!! I had to organise item to be returned to them including price of postage.
A few phone calls later they eventually refunded my account less the cost of original shipping!! One thing is for sure, they were not going to be down one cent in the whole shambles.
They have very much a “we don’t care attitude” and I would advise anyone considering doing business with North South gangsters to think twice about it..

Made two orders from North South
The first one came with faulty Rear lights
They were cheep Chinese replicas. They don’t fit the back of the jeep not do the lights bulb holders sit into place I tried to return no offer of postage to be covered.

Second package arrived missing three items after a week and several phone calls I’m told that the man in the wear house said the parts were put in the box and if he said it that the owner Kevin believes they were there and that they would not be willing to send me out my parts.

I spent €1100 with these guys, I’m missing about €60 in parts you’d imagine that they would just send them and keep the customer happy.

Would strongly advise not to use these guys.
They sell poor quality Chinese parts and the post and packaging service is beyond bad.

Excellent Service, highly recommend this man.
I was holidaying local with my family and had brake problems with my car on late Wednesday evening, brought my car to David on Thursday morning and he diagnosed the issue , ordered the part needed and fixed the car on Friday morning. Allowed us to finish off our fantastic west cork holiday and travel home safely back to wexford. Wonderful man , was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with him and the sons.

Brilliant service.   Very fast at doing their work and it’s always done properly.  Get great value for your money.  Have went several times and look forward to doing more business with them into the future.

Lovely fellow. On holiday from Canada 2016; put petrol in our touring van instead of diesel. Towed us back to his shop, pumped out the petrol and got us sorted in short order. Best part, aside from the craic, the price was more than fair!
